UPDATE # 17
November 1st, 2014
Ubuntu Port Alberni-Canada
Wow it was just this day that I realized that it has been awhile since my last update. There are many things that have been happening since September. Everything from municipal elections to Ebola, which there are still many questions, only because of TV programs that have let us know in either cartoon hints or out right in the krrrrrrap produced in Hollywood and for public consumption, media and other outlets, to The running down of the 2 soldiers in Quebec, and the shootings in Ottawa, even there, there are a whole lot of questions about that incident, I will not call it a terrorist attack! Because at this point it was a man who was mentally ill.
Watershed Logging: Through many small short briefs presented to city council, we now have the city backed into the corner, they have requested a meeting with me to DISCUSS our concerns. Well, to us it is a victory, as we have proven, beyond a shadow of doubt that Island Timberlands is at fault for the increased turbidity, and consequently, the forced spending on an upgraded water plant, and consequent 11.5% tax increase next spring. There is another question that remains, that is: How come the city councillors and city engineer not scream bloody murder? Well there has been discovered that the mechanism was in place for halting the logging, ALL residents check your community charter, here is the piece that has been discovered in Port Alberni, an exert from our Community Charter:
In the CC, the responsibility of a Councillor 115 (a) to consider the well-being and interests of the municipality and its community;
A council may, by bylaw, regulate, prohibit and impose requirements in relation to the following: Section 8 (3) (i) public health;
Spheres of concurrent authority (note this is with the Province)
9 (1) This section applies in relation to the following:
(a) bylaws under section 8 (3) (i) [public health];
10 (1) A provision of a municipal bylaw has no effect if it is inconsistent with a Provincial enactment.
Area of jurisdiction
11 (3) If a municipality has established works or facilities outside the boundaries of the municipality for the purposes of a municipal service, the council's power to regulate, prohibit and impose requirements in relation to the use of those works and facilities may be exercised outside the boundaries of the municipality.
Request for assistance in relation to intergovernmental dispute
284 (1) If a dispute arises between a municipality and
(a) another local government, or
(b) the Provincial government or a Provincial government corporation,
and the parties cannot resolve the dispute, one or more of the parties may apply to a dispute resolution officer for help in resolving the dispute.
If we do not stand up for our right to water, it will be PRIVATIZED, it has already been declared in Bill C-37,vpassed in the omni bus bill of 2012.
Municipal Elections: The Municipal Elections have been particularly interesting: In Port Alberni we have 23 candidates, running for the 6 seats that will be for 4 years, a very questionable move by many; 7 Mayoral Candidates, the most exciting election since the first Mayor in 1902.
The best and most interesting part, Citizen's for a Local Economy adopted Ubuntu's shortened version of the overall program, which has had a great reception, so much so that I was asked to run for a councillor.
Well It didn’t take long for me to realize that if I wanted to “play in the elites sandbox” I would have my hands tied by the pre determined laws for a pre determined outcome. It has actually got those running to take a serious look at their program, as every platform is regurgitated program from years gone by.
This program also takes arguments away from those who are running, as their arguments are based on lies and deceits, what they have been indoctrinated with. A good base for those running in the municipal elections . And then the Federal election coming up next year.
Michael Tellinger is correct when he says the best way for change is from the bottom up, as going for that 1 big home run needed for a victory. Smaller victories are much more effective, and for those that play chess, it's like playing with a rookie.
Well by far the most controversial killings that have happened, by the way the first question is about the 2 soldiers that were run down in Quebec. What reason was the man outright killed? Seems to me that every chance was there to catch the culprit and allow due process to be followed. Instead they out right killed him...
Ottawa shootings: well there are many questions there.
Question, how is it that a MP aid caught on camera the OPP and RCMP setting up 20 minutes or so before the incident?
Question: How is it that there were 3 camera men placed in 3 different locations to film this incident?
Question: How come cops were caught laughing on camera prior to the rush into the Parliament buildings?
Question: Exactly what reason was the security stepped down that day?
The other interesting thing is how in the hell can the increased powers given to CSIS be rammed through virtually right after the incident? It takes months of discussions even prior to any legislation to be passed.
I have done the research, but it is time for you to look it up.
Ebola: Well I may have been hasty in calling this a complete false flag prior to stating this. Research has been confusing at best, you must remember that when Ebola was first 'Discovered” in Africa, it was a relatively quick virus that took many victims, and supposedly more localized. Now ironically, it winds up in Europe, and North America, and has mutated to the point where it is contagious even in cold weather. I also have to question how the CDC and the US military have patents. It will be years before we really know the truth. All indications are it has been purposely introduced. And I cannot discount the one report I saw that 3000 crises actors were hired. So allows for many more questions.
We all know how successful Ubuntu's program really is, as long as we work towards the 4 main programs, we will be successful by passing on our victories, and accomplishments no matter how small they are, as that will give us all ideas someone may have not thought of. Not every one is politically motivated, although we have other talents and abilities, there is a place for everyone in Ubuntu.
Updates are a good way to communicate ideas, things that have and have not worked, Also points of view that do affect us in working towards are goals. There s a great ways for us to get our message out.

When government no longer rules for the benefit of the people, then we must takes steps, that are non violent in nature, and slowly take back our rights as humans so we do not end up any longer in a slave based society. For those who think they are not slaves, take a good look around you. When cities and countries get bankrupted, it is only because its citizens no longer have a means to support themselves (MONEY, JOBS), when you cannot pursue your natural talents and abilities, and when you cannot enjoy a healthy life style , you are a slave. Here is a video that shows there is a different way to take on the corporate entity, that is destroying our environment, poisoning our food for .... MONEY !https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKKsZ6dvg7g

Published on Aug 28, 2014 "In 160 communities in nine states, we've been passing rights-based ordinances that strip corporations of their constitutional so-called rights; that enshrine the right of a local community to govern itself by community majority; and ban specific activities which are legal but which the community considers harmful." Community Rights organizer Paul Cienfuegos notes that the laws they're passing are illegal: "They're direct frontal assaults to unjust law, which is how real social change happens," like the American revolution and anti-slavery movement. He describes two recent laws now being challenged in major lawsuits, saying organizers are positively excited about this opportunity. Episode 274.

As you All Know, Ubuntu’s program of independence is based on 4 main projects, Food, Housing, Water and Energy, this is the best laid out plan of action that would insure our independence from the Elite, Cabal, Illuminati whatever you want to call them, And it was a Rothschild that said he who controls the money, controls the people. These words so ring true after every one takes stock that has happened in our country over the last year!
Harpers Omni bus bill laid the groundwork for this to take hold, also in our respective provinces, the premiers also laid down the ground work for this to happen…
In BC for instance the Liberals put through the Ministry of forests a section that allows logging and mining companies to log and mine in the watersheds, forcing the municipal governments to do expensive upgrades to the water treatment plants, Also in Port Alberni, (which when you know where to look in city ordinances and regulations is where one will find regulations that mirror the Federal and provincial regulations that allow this) Port Alberni is now negotiating with Catalyst to get water from Sproat Lake, which Catalyst owns the water rights to….Look carefully in your community.
The attack on water across this country is well thought out, What happened in Mt Polly where the tailings pond broke loose, was no coincidence. Also in Hinton, Alberta the Obed mine tailings pond also broke loose spilling 1.3 billion liters of mine tailings into the Athabasca River, right near the head of the Athabasca River. Oct31, 2013.It is also no coincidence that other industrial accidents near water in Canada has happened, there again in each province there is an industrial accident. Those that know of one inform the rest of the country. A good film on you tube is called Troubled Waters by Paul Manly, he paints the picture beautifully!
Housing: Since 2001 in BC, more and more people are winding up homeless, this is attributed to low welfare rates, minimum wage, part time employment, this is where many people have to choose between housing or food…..thus the increase in the use of food banks and soup kitchens, there is not a town you go to in BC where there is not a soup kitchen.
Our food costs have sky rocketed due to droughts in California, as that is where most of our food supply comes from. Manitoba and east, their food may come from elsewhere, I bet there is a drought in that area as well. In the US, in many US States, growing a garden is illegal! How long before it is here in Canada. Also in many States it is illegal to collect rainwater. Again, How soon will it be here?
Energy: It is by no coincidence that energy costs have sky rocketed, and will continue to rise, we are assured it will only be 29%, Alberta’s experience when they privatized their hydro , rates went up to hydro and natural gas by some 200%, that was in 2001. It will be out of reach by most Canadians in the next 12-18 months!
So the question will be asked, how do we fight this beast? Michael Tellingers assessment was correct on many points but this one in particular, WE fight it at the municipal level, that’s where we will achieve our biggest victories, In Port Alberni, the water shed issue now has the biggest impact going! We have exposed the plan to the citizens, only because it is hitting people in the pocket book, Privatized water, once implemented will cost citizens dearly, and people cannot afford to pay anything over and above their taxes.
This will also be the unifying factor in many communities across Canada, here is where you must be careful. There must be no one leader, whoever is in the watershed issue, will be the spokesperson for that issue, whoever is the spokesperson for the homeless and poor is the spokesperson there, and so on……. All groups involved will support the main focus. By achieving victories at the municipal level loosens the grip of the federal and provincial politicians, find candidates that are seriously willing to take on the civic arena… and above all remember those that run in civic politics when they swear in , they swear an oath to the Queen/Crown…. Force the issue of swearing allegiance to the citizens, at all public forums….

Lately it has eluded me as to what to write about, a writer’s block one might say! I read the newspaper which is a rarity, as we all know how untruthful the media is, sensationalized , and negative it is; oops, there I go, anyways out of the paper there was a good letter to the editor defending the rights of the homeless in Oppenheimer Park located in Vancouver, BC. This letter was very enlightening as it very clearly stated that the homeless have a right to a safe shelter, and thus is the reason they congregate in numbers, for SAFETY, also in the paper was an article about more younger women joining gangs. Lesson: SAFETY IN NUMBERS.
The very threat of predators, particularly in the above mentioned groups, sends people congregating in groups suggesting strongly that people are very much a social creature, and do develop stronger ties with in that community. They also mobilize when they are threatened! Yet we who are chasing after money, are so blind that we cannot see the predator coming at us.
Individually, Capitalism (predatory beast in itself) continues to pick us off one by one, and yet we wish to remain individuals thinking that we are safe from a predator so viscous, so lethal, cunning and devastating, and here we are , On social media, isolating ourselves, individuals by our selection of cars, homes, cloths, and perceived social stature; that capitalism is picking us off, one by one.
Take a good look around you this day, when you finish work and go home, you have dinner, sit at the tube, get on Facebook, or spend countless hours being alone, you only relegate your going out to some function that promotes individualism, or other venue, yet when it comes to a regular social gathering, we hide from each other. There is no need for that. We are one, and as such can come up with many and positive concrete ideas to protect the whole community, and our families.
First Nations, all over the world have realized this, and so explains the reason they have such a strong belief in the community coming together as ONE. We have that ability ourselves, but we must get over our overinflated egos, our strong belief in the monetary system, and adapt to overcome the most dangerous predator in existence. Ubuntu has that blueprint, a SOCIETY without money, a society that utilizes people’s natural abilities in all aspects of life that can create an abundance in food, shelter, clothing, everything imaginable, and still maintain an overall respect for our planet that we live on!

In 1381, at a time of great repression for the British agricultural work force, an extraordinary people's revolutionary named Wat Tyler sprang to his feet and announced “England should be a nation of self governing communities” to which he added “ No lord shall exercise lordship over the people, and, as we are oppressed by so vast a horde of bishops and clerks, the property of the holy church should be taken and divided.”
His colleague, the priest John Ball, spoke out with equal fervour “The lords' claims to be more lords than we are rests solely on their power to force us to labour that they may spend.”
A great surge of support for these proclamations swept through the farming communities of South East England, quickly spreading farther North. The farmers took up arms – whatever appropriate implements they could find in the farmyard – and set out on their mission to free themselves from the wicked landlords and clerks, who between them were taxing the life out of the farming communities throughout the land, destroying the livelihoods of thousands of countryside families.
Many a pernicious bureaucrat was confronted by this motley army, with the brave farmer, Wat Tyler, proudly riding at it's head – and many a selfish landlord was forced to concede his greedy rental regime and bow to the demands of the British peasants.
And yes, blood was shed in the struggle to gain respect for basic human rights.
A great quest for liberation, justice and equality blazed amongst the downtrodden land-workers and villagers of fourteenth century England during those famous months of The Peasant's Revolt. Only an act of royal treachery finally stopped this revolution from fully undermining the corrupted power of the State and the intransigence of King Richard II.
Why do I tell this story?
Because more than six hundred years after this peasant uprising shook the nation, we have come full circle. Once again the call is going out for peoples and regions under the hand of oppressive, dictatorial regimes, to secede from the nation state and become 'self governing communities'. Wat Tyler's heroic stand echoes down the ages and nourishes the cause of non-compliance and community actions that stand up against the ever more insidious tentacles of centralised power.
Right now there are one hundred and fifty communities in the United States redefining their right to self govern and pushing forward their programmes for localised renewable energy and ecological food security. Not only this, they are also rewriting the laws that govern their communities and declaring citizens' charters – banning GMOs and initiating local seed saving actions. They are also declaring the right to clean water and are making 'fracking' a criminal offence.
In the process, through collective acts of civil disobedience, they are stripping the corporate world of its powers. These communities are able to show how the notion that corporations have some form of sovereign power – is a facade – how it is people who hold sovereign power, as Wat Tyler made plain all those years ago. And it is people who must again exercise that power.
All over the World such stirrings are gaining momentum. Actions to reclaim powers usurped by that toxic cocktail of government and corporate collusion, are breaking out. If such stands are being taken in the US heartlands of corporate and government connivance – then it proves that the will of the people is more powerful than the will of the hierarchical cabal whose ambition it is to control all aspects of our lives. We should draw strong inspiration from these game-changing actions – and increase our own determination to go in the same direction.
The time has come for all awakening individuals to hone a definite life strategy. A strategy that puts us in the driver's seat and empowers us to set a new course – one imbued with creative inventiveness, courage and mutual support.
We have arrived here because of the accumulated evidence which overwhelmingly proves that the status quo is a fraud - designed to strip us of our powers of judgement and the determination to act on that judgement. There is no time for further deliberation of the pros and cons of this or that political polemic. It's all a miasma. A massive sham. A sham which we continue to uphold as long as we go on playing along with its sense of self importance; giving it a status it does not actually possess, and then sheltering under its poisoned wing.
Every day that goes by without putting into place a strategy to step out of this straightjacket – is a day wasted – a sacrificial offering to to all that is sucking the life out of humanity.
Self government starts by taking control of the self. By shaking off the doubts about one's capabilities and taking specific steps to enhance one's powers: spiritually, mentally and physically. We need to be aware that there is no predestined design for this life that will fatalistically play itself out while we bury our heads in the sand.
Yet we are indoctrinated to believe that there is some kind of inevitability to the way the world lurches from crisis to crisis, war to war. That suits the cabal very well – because it is their war game that is being enacted on planet Earth – and the more people that see that war game as somehow 'inevitable' – the longer will it go on desecrating the fabric of life.
Just now, many are falling into the trap of declaring that we are inevitably heading for a Third World War. But in so doing they are merely fulfilling the ambitions of those craven agents of death whose game design includes that scenario. Our role is not to prophecy, but to change the goal posts so as to ensure that such horrors never take place. That is the meaning of 'seizing control of our destiny'.
If, in spite of our efforts, such a war breaks out, it is simply because there is insufficient energy focused on the true path of life. Insufficient self discipline to steer against the tide of doom. But every person who gives in to a sense of doom when confronted by the machinations of the war machine has failed to grasp the powers with which they are endowed. Powers to change themselves as well as the assumed course of events. Forging a path of truth where presently are deserts of desolation.
Wat Tyler, and his gallant peasant followers, did not stand back and allow repression to rule. Nor should we. He proclaimed that no hierarchical figure should rule over and repress the people. So should we. He called instead for England to become a nation of self governing communities. So should we – in whatever Country we reside.
Because this is surely the only practical antidote to the super centralisation of our lives and absolute rule by the despotic fiefdoms of the 21st century.
Self governing communities turn out to be our most instinctual socio-economic model of survival and create the right setting for a fertile organic expansion of the spiritual and artistic path. Because to be 'spiritually aware' 'self governing' and a 'caring community' is fundamental to the growth of responsible and cohesive shared living.
Everything else that poses as a solution is already shot full of holes.
Humanity is an extended family. But as in the present tragedy which is Jew-v-Arab, Israel-v-Palestine, this truth has been riven with lies and ripped apart by ulterior motives. Modern 'democracies' are are now simply a perpetually repeating expression of this divide and conquer holocaust. It is impossible to become awake and then continue to put both feet back into such a deeply compromised and incongruous system as we have today. Therefore we must change the script.
Everyone who follows my writings and the parallel concerns of others who contribute to this site, should already be concentrating themselves on the process of building – or contributing to the building of – self governing communities. Increasingly freed from dependence on the fallen model.
As the foundations of the status quo continue to crack apart, so do the seemingly reliable sources of life dependencies to which we are accustomed also go with them. There is no more time to sit on fences. They are themselves rotting away underneath us and will soon turn to dust.
We who have become 'aware' - are the leaders of the age. We must live up to this reality. We know that the status quo is beyond redemption. So we must take this knowledge to be the signal to build that which will redeem our collective Human status; which will carry us through the apocalypse. We know what the ingredients are that will make our arks self sustaining. We know what we need in order to come alive again. Now we must put them all together – for that is where they belong.
If we are to overcome that which oppresses us we must unite our creative powers and imaginations in common affirmation of the life force with which we are each endowed.
The quest for liberation, justice and basic equality so nobly fought for by Wat Tyler and the peasant's revolt six hundred year's ago is now our revolution.

Michael Tellinger, author of Ubuntu Contributionism: A Blueprint for Human Prosperity, has brilliantly proposed a blueprint for the emancipation of the slave species called humanity. The world, and everything in it, has been incorporated, including every single human being, without their knowledge. The message Tellinger has is to let us actively begin to spread the message of unity consciousness to all of humanity that will allow us to heal our division and change the misery of our human beings to abundance within a global community filled with love for each other and not fear of each other.
African Roots - UBUNTU
It it's not good for everyone...it's NO good at all.
The path that brought us here as a species is not only filled with lies and deception of unimaginable proportion, but also with continuous manipulation of the human race that goes back thousands of years, all controlled by money.
Michael Tellinger exposes the previously misunderstood origins of money and the rise of the royal banking elite that have controlled the world for millennia and continue to do so today through the modern banking families. He points out that money did not evolve from thousands of years of barter and trade, but that it was maliciously introduced to the human race as a tool of absolute control and enslavement. Tellinger makes a strong case that if we do not understand our human origins, we cannot come to terms with why the world is so messed up in the 21st century.
He demonstrates that our current situation presents us with a unique opportunity to change the course of our destiny. Michael Tellinger describes how the ancient African philosophy of UBUNTU will allow us to seamlessly move from a divided, money-driven society, to united communities driven by people, their passion for life and their God-given talents. Coming to terms with our enslavement as a species is critical to discovering the path to full enlightenment.
UBUNTU Contributionism presents a solid foundation for a new social structure to take us into a new era of true freedom from financial tyranny and real prosperity on every level of human endeavour.
We are the civilization, we are the people in the history of this planet right now that can make a change. It's up to us what we do with this information and how we move from here forward.
